April 30...hard to believe. March felt like forever and somehow, even in quarantine, April flew by. The slow pace of life right now, isn't all bad. I have had moments of anxiousness over the unknown and trying to grasp the new normal of life, but for the most part, I've tried to maintain that focus of going with the flow. Like most bloggers, I've tried to capture the ordinary moments of quarantine life...while still creating extraordinary ones. Ordinary moments... We've really utilized the reading room...it's become the heart of our distance learning and my new classroom. We read, work, play, create and even find moments to relax. I have never loved this room more. The kitchen is also a very active room in our new "stay home" program...the kids love to cook. Tons of new recipes have been tried, with an international flair. We've had egg drop soup, soppapillas, latkes, sushi, Swedish meatballs and many more yummy meals. L
Somedays I feel like I've done it all. To look at me, you might say "now that's an ordinary mom". Dig a little deeper and you'll find I've led a pretty interesting life, done some pretty extraordinary things, especially once I became a mother of four wonderful, extremely different children! Unique personalities and needs, all wonderful, trying and glorious at the same time!
